Welcome to the 2016 Highlights site for Digital Pedagogy and Scholarship at Bucknell. Here you will find detailed information on the projects and initiatives our staff members have worked on during 2016.
Digital Pedagogy and Scholarship (DP&S) is part of Library and Information Technology, housed in Bucknell University’s Bertrand Library. The DP&S team works to enable the Bucknell community — faculty, students, and staff — to incorporate the latest technologies into their learning, teaching, and research. Our goal is to help create an informed, technologically savvy campus community with the knowledge and skills necessary to engage with digital tools on their own terms. We accomplish this through consultations with faculty on course design and research implementation (including ongoing project support), by administering grants to support faculty and student research, and by organizing seminars, lectures, and workshops to equip the Bucknell community with the technological skills necessary to participate in the constantly changing world of scholarship.
